Negative experience: Very unprofessional institute, I am an intermediate level in French and I wanted to practice the language, I paid for a whole course, I attended classes but they would cancel sometimes and when I asked to reschedule they wouldn’t be available, the teacher was so unprofessional, there was no books no certificate, when I requested a change of tutor, they gave me someone who started teaching me basic French which I already knew… then they stopped contacting me or giving me any updates .. I don’t recommend this place at all!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been taking Russian lessons with Ms. Maria, and honestly, she’s amazing. She explains things in a way that actually makes sense, and she’s super patient even when I mess up the same words again and again. Her lessons are relaxed, fun, and you can really feel that she loves teaching.

Negative experience: The worst language institute. I paid 6400 to learn Japanese which includes classes, books, practice test, and certificate. Guess what I got nothing. I had start classes few days and it stop suddenly without any notice and when I contacted a company she went to vacation and didn’t provide me with any replacement. They told me the time very flexible and every time I told them my availability they say they not available. I got no books no practice test no certificate. 6400 got me nothing.

Positive experience: My experience with the institution started off well — the classes were informative, and I was generally satisfied. However, things took a frustrating turn when the classes were paused, and we have yet to receive any proper communication or update from management What’s even more disappointing is the lack of response; no one answers our inquiries, and the only way to get any information is by physically going to the institution. This lack of transparency and poor communication has made the experience stressful and inconvenient. I truly hope the management improves in this area, as it’s unfair to leave students without any clarity on when classes will resume.

Negative experience: Just awful, not close to good.

Negative experience: During my time studying at Fast Way Institute, I found that the teacher, Hanane from Lebanon, often veered off-topic, discussing nonsensical things and personal matters instead of focusing on the curriculum. Many of them did not exhibit the professionalism needed to effectively assist students in memorizing vocabulary or structuring sentences. I had purchased a plan in advance, but when I requested the remaining two hours owed to me, they refused unless I renewed my plan immediately. Furthermore, administrative staff would disrupt classes to demand payment, creating a negative and unprofessional environment. Overall, I do not recommend Fast Way Institute as my experience was unpleasant and the quality of teaching was subpar.

Negative experience: السلام عليكم لقد تدربت في مركز فاست واي ولم استفيد نهائيا بسبب ضعف مستوى المدربين وكذلك عدم استقرار الاداره. المدربين لا يتكلمون اللغه الانجليزيه وكان بالنسبه لي ضياع وقت وفلوس. لذلك لا انصح بالتدريب في المركز بتاتا.

Negative experience: Vey bad training center, low quality and non capable Instructors. المركز سئ جد والله العظيم . معظم المدربين ليس عندهم اي كفاءه Honestly, I don't recommend the center to anyone, even for KG level. انا لا ارشح المعهد ولو لمستوى حضانه اطفال

Negative experience: Unprofessional customer management. They repeatedly harassed my wife to pay advanced payments. Multiple calls from different numbers at different times, with no regard to her work/rest timing. They even refused to share proper breakdown of the payments vs. the hours. All that harassment for advanced payment!! She didn't even finish half the hours she originally paid for. This is supposed to be a premium service where you pay way above average. We totally regret joining this overpriced unprofessional center, I wish there was a way to cancel and refund the balance, but obviously, they're just trying to collect as much money as they can for overpriced service before the customers realise. *28 March update* In response to the customer service typical ansewer "it's not us" Confirming this review is for fast way language and training institution. We have received the contract which does not allow for cancellation, only allows transfer to someone else. totally absurd. My wife is happy with the instructor's professionalism, that's the only reason we're not escalating to cancel. However, our opinion still stands, the customer service is unprofessional, harassing the customers to collect advanced payments as early as possible. I'll post another update about how are they going to deal with the last payment.

Fantastic experience: I reached out to them for pricing details, and they asked me to come in person claiming they have lots of programs, and that the price can only be set by assessing my level first. I was not informed that I’ll be charged for this meeting whatsoever. I met with them, and there was no real assessment, and at the end, I was asked to pay 250 AED. Moreover, the person who had discussed the fees with me had an attitude, which I didn’t appreciate. I haven’t registered with them because I refuse to consider this anything but deceive. Update: I was contacted by Mr. Sendid, the general manager regarding the above matter. He handled my complaint with so much respect and efficiency. The amount that I paid was returned to my bank account to rectify the situation. I’d like to thank him for his efforts and time. Such a well mannered person!
