Dr. Smitha is extremely professional, gentle, and caring—she explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout my treatment. Nurse Manju was also amazing, very kind and supportive, which helped me feel relaxed the entire time. I truly appreciate their teamwork and the way they make patients feel at ease. Highly recommend them both for anyone looking for excellent dental care!

Fantastic experience: I attended A0 and A1.1 German classes at Eton Institute from January 2024 to May 2024. The classes were held twice a week, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, from 7:30 to 9:30 pm. Mr. Luiz was our teacher, and his teaching style was fantastic. He was very friendly and made the sessions engaging and fun. Even though I didn't attend the A1.2 course, I took the A1 test in June and passed with flying colors. I highly recommend Eton Institute and Teacher Luiz to anyone looking for an easy and enjoyable German learning experience.

Negative experience: WORST INSTITUTE EVER.If I can choose a zero star i would. I registered for a group face to face spanish class in June and they told me to wait till the group is formed maybe for mid July. I waited till mid July and to secure my registration i have already paid but mid July came and then they told me the instructor is actually busy in a different batch and they might take another week to finish and I said ok then waited till end of tJuly and still there haven’t been any class. I told them to refund me back my money but then they informed that there will be an online batch starting in August and the price is less than what i already paid so whatever extra i paid for in person class that will go as a credit to the next level of the Spanish class. Now it’s the day that they told me to start the course and there hasn’t been any link or materials sent to me or anything. Im calling them but no response and im feeling very disappointed and frustrated to a point i dont want to continue the course any more. Thats not acceptable. Im still asking for my money back. Be careful to register any course with them.

Fantastic experience: My Arabic teacher Fayza is patient with students and super nice. Classroom atmosphere is fun and relaxed. Course coordinators have been very courteous and easy to talk to. Would be better if they had weekend classes in Abu Dhabi but understand this is a business decision based on need so no complaint.

Negative experience: I'm writing to share my disappointment with my recent experience at your institution. There was a misunderstanding about the course schedule and attendance, which led to what I believe was unfair treatment. Despite trying to explain my side to the coordinator and manager, I felt they weren't willing to listen and stuck strictly to rules that weren't clear when I signed up. As a first-time student here, I expected better support and fairness. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling unfairly treated and has led me to decide not to continue studying with your institution. I hope in the future there can be clearer communication and a more understanding approach to resolving issues like this. Despite the instructor's help and the useful course content, it's disappointing to experience this at the institution.

I have lots of loving memories with the Eton Institute but when I saw these reviews about this person who asked others to call him MR MODI was surprised me. Because this person is the worst teacher I have ever seen in our classes. I'm pretty sure that these all reviews about him is not real comment from themselves. Because Modi is the one who is asking to post a review here by mentioning him as Mr Modi. Sorry to say this but this person will bring a bunch of black marks to Eton Institute and ruin Eton Institute's reputation too

Fantastic experience: Did A2.1 German online with Mr.Sakr and everything was great. The teacher was on time and is very logical and passionate about teaching German, as far as going to explaining why some words are the way it is. He had his own efficient systems on explaining grammar and tried to make it as easy as possible. Overall, would recommend to anyone.

Negative experience: This institute is literally a money-hungry corporation. They reschedule and change their last minute classes before starting only to their relevance and don’t accommodate for the students registered there. They’ve taken my fees because I “abandoned” a course that they scheduled last minute because I couldn’t attend it, and refuse to refund me due to their terms and conditions. I’ve been trying to contact them for months about getting my money back and they keep putting my “violation” of terms and conditions on a pedestal. I’ve learned spanish there previously and the material is very lackluster, and teachers only abide by the book and don’t care about the progress of students. Save your money and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Negative experience: Hi. They took the money saying that the group I need starts studying next week. Immediately after the payment, it turned out that the right group is not there now. For two months they have not found the necessary English courses for me and they refuse to return the money. In no case do not study here.

Fantastic experience: I have taken a number of courses at the Eton Institute in Dubai and Abu Dhabi (Japanese and German). Eton's courses are distinguished by their superior quality. After a long time (because of the pandemic), I have decided to take the Russian language course. I thoroughly enjoyed taking Mrs. Galina's Russian course. Please allow me to share my feedback on the class. For me, I have always found the Russian language to be mysterious, but after taking this class, I felt as though this mystery had been cleared out. The purpose of learning including what and how we will learn has been obvious from the beginning. This made things simpler to understand. Mrs. Galina's method of teaching is fantastic. The students in class were always encouraged to communicate and share their ideas. For example, the activities (games) in the class made learning enjoyable and exciting. Mrs. Galina provides immediate feedback in class and that aids in improvement, particularly for pronunciation. In addition, the activities and competitions among the students made the class a lot of fun and enjoyable. One of my objectives during this course was to be able to pronounce the Russian letters and words and then use this to learn new vocabulary after I finish the course. I got all I needed out of this session and more. The teacher's advice on how and what to focus on is incredibly helpful. Her feedback inspires me to work hard, especially when she recognizes a student's progress. I have become an enthusiastic learner during the course thanks to her. She brings out the best in the students. For example, her method of assisting us in correcting our own errors helps build self-confidence. I heard that Russian grammar was difficult, but after taking the lessons with Mrs. Galina, I now think it is simple. It must be the methods she uses to make things really easy to understand. I wish I had started learning the Russian language earlier after discovering how pleasant it is while learning from her. We covered a lot of material in a short period of time, which gives this course a very high value for the money. I am really happy about that.

Negative experience: من اسوء المعاهد في أبوظبي... تعاملهم سيء .. خلوني ادفع المبلغ كامل للكورس وتم تحديد الوقت ... وطبعا لاني ما لقيت منهم اي اتصال .. تواصلت معاهم للتأكيد وجاوبني شخص اجنبي بأسلوب وقح ان العدد غير مكتمل وما راح يكون في حصص .. وطلبت منه إرجاع المبلغ ورفض وقال برجع اتواصل معاك بعد كم يوم وما تواصل معاي ولا رجعولي المبلغ ... معهد سيء ومكانه سيء ولا انصح فيه ابدا

Negative experience: Eton suppose to refund me and I have email from them confirming thins until now receive nothing , allows them serval times , they did nothing . Besides I’m waiting my certificate for the level I’ve completed which I didn’t receive it .I don’t understand why it is hard to reach them .

Negative experience: Very bad experience every time change the instructor they also Mark the classes that I did not attend as already attend Every instructor have other opinions for the learner level I spend already more then one year when need to reach A2 other instructor came and ask to return back for A1 so all my money fly away and I should repeat all the course back again and pay again money. Negative experience: My experience was bad as A2 student picking up where I left off. They take weeks to respond to you. After switching to in-person sessions, the freelancer they assigned to me ghosted us and now I have no teacher. A lackluster institute that relies on its reputation and brand while doing the bare minimum. Not worth the price especially if you are serious about your career goals.

Negative experience: They do not know how to operate a school, and always reschedule arbitrarily out of their own interest but not that of their students. My class has been rescheduled with very short notice serveral times, and it has not yet started until now. To me this school likes a scam - empty promises, just charge you the money without providing any service at all.

Negative experience: Bad customer service. I cancelled a private class with them the morning of my afternoon session and was told it’s not possible to cancel and that I would pay for the missed session

Negative experience: I took a course in French language. The number of students was limited which is great but I would say the method of teaching is teacher-centered. Listening classes were very limited. Communication and writing was limited to copying exactly what is in the book. Overall, it is the type of learning that vanishes in a month or so. Did not benefit as I could have.

Negative experience: To (Ginger) I totally agree with you as I face a problem with this institute last year with spanish language course , the teacher was unfriendly and rude with me, her name is Augastina she from Argentina ..... it's too bad experience for me as it's the first time I learn a new language in institute I assume that they respecting their students and treat them well but they only care about your money as you said whether you suffering or complainig second thing the rude teacher didn't know how to teach the students in a proper way. Believe or not she refused to make a speaking test for me!! For no logic reason. And what really made me feel disappointed when I complain to the coordinator she just ignored my feedback and says you only the one who complain about this teacher with a smile of belmish. So frustrating for not giving back my amount of refund I trust them i gave them 500 dh in advance and they just deducted for one class only!! I did not learn anything in this class I didn't get any benfits from one class! I advise everybody to not waste their time and money in this institute.

Fantastic experience: I took a TESOL course at Eton Institute in Abu Dhabi and every moment seemed to be worthwile. The staff is efficient and friendly. We had a native speaker of English training us profissionally how to teach a foriegn language. We were exposed to loads of new ideas yet in a staighforward and organized manner.

Negative experience: This « institute » will take your money, the staff is completely unprofessional. They are only interested in your money. Save you and your child the heartache, you are worth more than their scummy tactics. Once you pay you will find yourself stuck with students of different levels in the same class as they just want to fill their groups with people no matter their levels just to open new classes. students fight during lessons because some of them already knew and others were beginners and once they pay they are surprised with the level. They dont mind recruiting teachers without any teaching qualifications so they pay very low. they have no specific materials they ask teachers to teach any how with anything. Long story short the administration is too busy collecting money from poor students than watching closely what is happening in classes with students. Just stay away this is an advise not from a simple student but from someone who knows very well how it works there. and for you replying here asking for a meeting i have to tell you that it is too late since i ve already asked for a meeting or a call but i have been disrespectfully ignored ...

Positive experience: Eton institute is interesting place to learn English. There are many kind crews and teachers, but sometimes there is long time time gap between this class and next time. So I can't feel the continuity. But It's nice place.

Negative experience: Here is my full experience with Eton, I registered for a French course in January 2017 I finished the beginner level 1 and there weren’t enough students to open a class for the next level, so I ended up waiting for a whole year until fianally they called me on October 2017 and told me a new course will start. However, because It has been almost a year they changed the books which I bought for the first course and which was supposed to be for beginners courses level 1,2,and 3.So I paid another 250 dhs. But for my big surprise the teacher was terrible she spoke in English the whole time and half of that time she talked about her personal life. I learned absolutely nothing and after I finished the course I demanded to learn French with another teacher but they told me this was the only teacher they had. I paid 250 for books each time and there is a year gap between the first and second course. If I was learning at any other institution I would have mastered the language by now, but unfortunately I wasted my money and time with this institution.

Fantastic experience: Eton institute in my opinion is the best learning institution; I've taken a German starters course and I must say the environment is lovely, teachers are very well qualified, understanding and interactive and everything over all seems very professional. I highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: Eton has a great learning environment. Classrooms were big, well lighted, and fairly sound proof. I took a French starter course with them and I have learned a lot—I cannot converse yet but since I took classes with them, I can now read and translate simple French sentences to English. I can write a simple essay and speak a little about myself in French. Our teacher (Audrey) is very patient with repeating and correcting us with our pronunciation—which is one of the best things I like about her. She won’t move on to the next lesson until we can pronounce words correctly. She checks our pronunciation and would test how much we understood the lesson by letting each one of us speak up to recite or answer exercises from our book. I already enrolled myself to the next course level and I am absolutely excited to start my classes again. Very much recommended to those who want to learn a new language from scratch.

Negative experience: Abu dhabi branch not good. In classes no syllabus to be followed, and teachers always takes leave in the middle of the class for 3 weeks or full month. We always felt disconnected upon their coming back. it happend with 3 teachers in three different English classes
