Fantastic experience: In love with my Russian teacher Anna , I honestly cannot believe the progress I made from the very first lesson with Anna. Before starting, I felt completely lost and a bit demotivated, thinking that Russian might be too difficult for me. But from the first class, everything I had previously learned suddenly came back together, and I was able to construct full sentences. It was truly mind-blowing. Anna explains things in such a clear, structured, and encouraging way that learning feels natural and motivating. I’m still in shock at how quickly my confidence returned. I’m incredibly excited for my next class and genuinely believe that with such a professional and dedicated teacher, I will be able to speak Russian very soon. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Stay away from this institution at all costs. I enrolled to learn French online, the classes were supposed to start on Monday this week they messaged me saying it has been moved. Then after following up they said they have changed the mode of learning from online to offline. I specifically enrolled since it was online. Now they are not replying to my refund request. I will be writing a complaint against them as I have all the receipts but stay away at all costs please.

Fantastic experience: Salma is an incredible Arabic teacher! She tailors the lessons for each of us according to our level, which is not easy. She is patient and makes grammar and vocabulary easy to understand. Her lessons are engaging and she’s always well prepared. Salma makes learning both effective and enjoyable. I’ve seen significant improvement in my Arabic thanks to her dedication as a teacher. I highly recommend her for anyone serious about learning Arabic.

Fantastic experience: I’m more than happy to be writing this review, I started learning Spanish at this institute 2 months ago and I can confidently say that I’ve definitely progressed in my understanding, speaking, pronunciation of Spanish words and overall academic knowledge in the Spanish Language. Outside the academic point of view the place is incredibly welcoming and feels like one big community of learning. Our Spanish professor Daniel is extremely supportive and well versed on how to set us up course by course assisting us on our own individual development knowing how to deal with each seperate student as everyone doesn’t learn at the same pace. I definitely recommend this course, Professor, institute for everyone interested in learning whether it was Spanish or any other language and hope you have the same experience as I am having!

Negative experience: I want to share my experience with this school. My friends recommended this educational institution to me for studying French, but the manager ignores my messages on WhatsApp and Instagram. I really wanted to study there, but unfortunately, fate had other plans. It's a shame that the school staff prefers not to respond to messages from potential clients.

Negative experience: The teacher is great, I like the classes but unfortunately I had to remind administrators multiple times to schedule my class, after I paid full price they did not confirm my class, I came to the school and the teacher was not there because administrators did not inform the teacher. Sometimes the administrators forget to reply to my message and they send me a link to review them on Google instead of replying to me. If it was not for the teacher I wouldn’t come here.

Negative experience: People should be very careful before registering here. You may pay for a course and then find it postponed indefinitely if not enough people join. Refunds are not given, which makes the whole process very risky.

Negative experience: Poor management and unfair policies. Courses can be cancelled or postponed at the last minute, but they still keep your money. No flexibility and no refund even when they don’t provide the service on time.

Negative experience: Other institutes in Dubai offer clearer refund policies and more transparent handling of canceled courses

Fantastic experience: Our 6-year-old daughter regularly attends English courses and camps at HEADWAY, and she is always excited to go. Her teacher, Mrs. JoAnne S., takes excellent care of the children, creating a warm and engaging learning environment. Negative experience: My experience with their customer service regarding a Spanish trial class has been incredibly disappointing and inconsistent. My friend and I contacted them simultaneously to inquire about Spanish trials. While my friend was given a confirmed appointment for a trial, I was repeatedly told they "don't have the group yet" and that they would "get to me soon," with no confirmation or clear timeline. This disparity in service, especially when we were communicating at the same time, is very concerning. It feels disorganized and lacks transparency. While I thoroughly enjoyed the Russian class, the customer service for my Spanish inquiry has left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a potential student. I hope they can address this inconsistency in their communication and booking process.

Fantastic experience: My kids are both with Headway for French classes. I wasn’t expecting that much progress in such a short time. I am more than happy and recommend it highly. Their French teacher Fabienne and Miss Marie Therese are gems. My children both love their teachers so much. If you’re looking for French classes for your kids, they are the best by far. Fantastic experience: I struggled for many years with improving my conversational Arabic but with the help of Headway I can now have basic conversations in Arabic which helps me a lot in my job. Fantastic experience: I have been taking Arabic conversational classes with Khaled since June 2024, and they have been excellent. The small class size, with only 3-4 students, allows for personalized attention and a great deal of interaction. Khaled not only focuses on teaching the language but also incorporates discussions about Arabic culture, making the classes enriching and immersive. We also learn about different dialects and accents, which is interesting for me. The atmosphere is friendly and engaging.I highly recommend this class.

Fantastic experience: The Arabic journey we embarked on with our instructor, Mona, was delightful every hour. I participated in it up to Level 2, and though I couldn’t continue due to time constraints, I gained maximum benefit from the Arabic course. Ms. Mona's curriculum-aligned teaching, along with her always helpful and friendly approach, was the most important factor in making me enjoy Arabic. Headway Institute offers a wonderful alternative with its location, classrooms, and the facilities it provides to students. Fantastic experience: I started learning Spanish at Headway Institute in 2023, and it’s a great place to learn. The administration is very good—they keep you informed, remind you when your class is starting or when your course is ending, let you know about promotions, and always try to meet your needs as a student. I reached the elementary level but had to stop due to a medical issue. It's been 10 months since I paused, leaving an entire paid course unused. Despite that, they still let me use the course and continue after all this time. Even though it might not have been ideal for them, they were very understanding. The staff is also friendly, and the teachers are great.

In a very short time you can absorb a lot of knowledge with her help. I'm so happy to be able to read and translate, to be able to talk to people already. Honestly, her teaching methods and skills are exemplary in helping non-Arabic people to learn this language in the most easiest way from the scratch for B1 level students. I really loved her approach of teaching and the way she goes out of the way to answer each and every question asked. Personally, it helped me understand the basic conversation guidelines and how to build it along with adding the beginner level vocabulary of the words with clear meaning. Fantastic experience: I've attended level 1 of Arabic language classes and I've had such a great experience with Headway institute and my teacher, Mona. She's been thorough in the teaching planning and syllabus, with a professional style that was suited to my needs. As a linguist, I have a very thorough approach to foundation of language structure and she gave the logic for me to understand such a complex language. I'm so satisfied of the progress made thanks to her teaching, she's been recording classes when I couldn't attend and responding my WhatsApp messages when having specific questions. Top rating and highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I’d like to thank to all stuff of Headway institute. I felt very comfortable with everything: kind and helpful administrators, cozy coffee zone on the second floor, convenient city parking in front of the institute. I had private English lessons with Michael. Michael is a very polite and supportive teacher. One of my goals was to speak more confidently and correctly. Michael definitely helped me with that. And of course I still have a lot of work to do with my English skills but with Headway institute I became closer to my goals

Fantastic experience: I attended Ms.Mona’s Arabic class and the course was excellent. Ms.Mona is a great tutor with expertise in training novice students. Her ability to explain details and her patience has helped me in learning the basics of Arabic Language. I am looking forward for the next classes with her.

Negative experience: Wanna write my review for the russian language course , i studied for almost 6 levels and the teacher was super good. Unfortunately the course coordinator was not providing the support and the commitment from their side (which is buy the way was written commitment ). Price of the class was increased without previous notice , additionally the certificates are not accredited by ministry of education. Do i recommend this institute ? Definitely No

Fantastic experience: I really am learning a lot. The classes really are helping me and the group is really supportive of each other. Learning materials used applies to audio / visual learners. Schedule is alright as it doesn’t interfere with my working schedule. Will definitely continue until I become fluent.

Fantastic experience: I took German classes in an online group with the teacher Tetiana and it was by far the best learning experience I've ever had with this language. I always struggled with German due to its complexity and numerous grammar rules, but Tetiana made learning feel natural and effortless - almost like she was downloading knowledge directly into your head! The materials were well-organized and engaging, allowing us to practice all language aspects in class and ask any questions we had. Tetiana was very attentive, ensuring that everyone in the group understood the material. I was looking forward to each class and will definitely continue my studies with Headway!

Fantastic experience: I am doing my arabic classes with Khaled and he is doing a great job! He has a very good energy and he is very open to any style of teaching. The girls at the reception are very nice and the school is very organized. I totally recommend Headway Institute and Khaled as a teacher.
