The staff were friendly, respectful, and professional throughout the IELTS exam, which made the overall experience smooth and stress-free. One suggestion for improvement would be parking validation. The IELTS exam lasts around 6 hours, and paying for parking for the full duration is expensive, especially considering the already high exam fee. Offering parking validation or a discounted rate would greatly improve the experience for test-takers. Overall, a very good testing center with room for a small but important improvement.

Positive experience: The IELTS speaking instructor and the staff are friendly. The only issue was that we were told to arrive at 12:30 PM for exam procedures, but we ended up just waiting, as the LRW exam started around 1:00 PM and lasts until approximately 4:00 PM. Because of this, I missed the Dhuhr prayer. Having a prayer room or offering a slightly later start time, such as 1:30 PM, would improve the overall experience, especially since no other time slots were available on the website.
