Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Miss Roselyn and Miss Belinda for their support during my time at Express English Learning Center. I had a very rewarding learning experience from my first session through my fourth session in IELTS preparation. My teacher guided me through all parts of the test systematically, and I was able to practice speaking and take mock tests, which greatly helped in my preparation. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and also met new people along the way.

Negative experience: I recently had a disappointing experience with Iexpress English that I feel compelled to share. Despite my eagerness to learn and improve my English skills, I found the treatment I received from the institute to be quite unsatisfactory. When I faced a personal situation that affected my ability to continue my classes, I reached out to them for understanding and support. Unfortunately, they did not seem to comprehend my situation at all. Instead of offering any flexibility or assistance, they remained rigid in their policies and refused to refund even the small amount of money I had paid. It's disappointing to see an institute that claims to prioritize student learning and well-being fail to exhibit any empathy or understanding. I hope my feedback helps others to consider their options carefully before enrolling.

Negative experience: The Admins and/or the customer service team are the most disorganized and unprofessional team I have ever experienced in UAE so far. They know what I am talking about and I will not elaborate or attach screenshots or mention names. I was very disappointed and frustrated so I asked for a refund so I could proceed and learn from another institution and move forward but that even took forever and they just kept pointing the blame to one another which made it worse. It's a shame because most of the reviews here on the teachers are very good. However, the people who work in the front line are the face of the company and it makes the first impression so it should be the best. We should better ourselves every single day.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to share how Express English helped me to achieve 7.5 overall score, which was more than my reuired IELTS target. My tutor Ms Patricia was very helpful to clear my doubts and give useful tips to improve my test score, especially for writing. All the notes and practice books provided gave me the inputs I could use in the exams. Ms Aisha , Ms. Stella, and Mr Mel have been very helpful to accommodate the classes as per my schedule and offering guidance for the exam. Lastly, the IDP conducted exam through Express English is at a nice exam centre, which is up to the mark and convenient to commute.

Negative experience: My wife attended this school, and has done so since March of this year. She has attended both group classes and private classes. Whilst the standard of the teaching has been good, the same cant be said of the communication and administration from the school. It is truly shocking. In group classes, the schedule was often not communicated, and in private classes (which are not cheap), she often didn't know from one day to the next what time the lessons were. She, and I (a native English speaker) asked for a weekly schedule, but this was impossible for the school to provide for some reason. I went to the school on 3 occasions to ask what was going on, but they didn't seem to care once they had my money. They like to use Whatsapp to communicate, so when i responded and asked a question once, if it was an afternoon or morning course, they replied "Yes". The schools raison d'etre is to communicate English, but the management appear incapable of doing so. The latest issue now is receiving a Whatsapp message on a Sunday night stating the teacher is on holiday for 2 weeks, effectively cancelling the course just hours before it was due to start! Why not seek an alterative teacher? Why not communicate in advance ? There is no customer service or any indication of duty of care to the student. It has got to a point now, where despite them owing us 4 weeks of group classes and 2 hours of private classes, we have decided to go to an alternative school that cares about their students.

Infact it's a home of Learning with all Staff relentlessly assisting students to successfully meet their goals. Thank You to Madam Belinda and Patricia at Deira City Center not forgeting Madam Stella, You all made my stay in your institution worth my expectations. I studied while working but could not afford to miss your interesting classes after work despite my tiring shifts. To Mr. Andre and the entire Staff those I haven't mentioned please pardon me, you are all amazing. I highly recommend this Institution to anyone wishing to study or upgrade their language skills.
