Negative experience: Very disappointing experience of Arabic Language. In 24 classes, they changed 4 teachers + reading material has many mistakes. I think they are at learning stage to teach Arabic. Although the lady at reception tried to satisfy by her behaviour, but my purpose of learning Arabic failed.

Fantastic experience: The Japanese class I attended has to be one of the best learning experiences I've been able to learn from. The teacher and the management worked very hard to provide me with required material before every class. Honestly raised the bar from what I expect from other institutions. Would learn from here again if I got the chance. The support I received from my teacher and the management was what aided me the most in passing my JLPT exam and I appreciate them A LOT. 5 stars all the way!

Since I am doing individual sessions, I like the tailored approach to suit the student needs instead of preset syllabus / modules. Support staff (Ms. Lyne) is friendly and very supportive.
