Fantastic experience: I’ve had a really positive experience learning Arabic with my teacher. At the beginning, I was a bit unsure about starting because I thought the language might be difficult to learn. However, his approach to teaching made things much more approachable from the start. He explains everything clearly and takes the time to make sure concepts are understood before moving forward. The lessons are engaging, and his patience creates a comfortable environment for learning.

Fantastic experience: I took a three-week course to learn the Emirati dialect, and it was an excellent experience. My teacher, Abd Al Qadir, was fantastic. He helped me understand all the nuances of the dialect and provided wonderful, well-prepared learning materials. These resources were perfect for picking up new vocabulary, verbs, and the existing grammatical rules. During the lessons, we were constantly engaged: we wrote down new words, practiced speaking, and discussed various topics. I can confidently say that in just three weeks, I learned a great deal in a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Now I can proudly say that I took the best decision to join for the Arabic classes in Alitqan Arabic Language Centre. Before many months, I have joined for some online Arabic classes with other institutes, but it was complete flop and waste of money and time. But Mr Abdul Qadir’s teaching method is unique, easily understandable and very clear. He himself made the best curriculum which is very simple for the students to learn and understand easily. He patiently clears all my mistakes and doubts. He explains everything with example’s which students can easily understand. Classes are super fun and he always welcome students with huge smile on his face. I would recommend his classes as the best Arabic training you will get in Dubai. Fantastic experience: I joined only arnd 2 months ago knowing how to write and read and knowing almost nothing on speaking. Alhamdulillah, Mr. Abdul Qader taught me how to speak effectively in Emarati dialect. His book is very well thought and is a step by step guide to learning Arabic. Even if you are unable to join his class due to unforseen reasons his books will be of great help. Lastly, he engages us while teaching, maintaining a balance between raw studying and practical knowledge. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking to learn arabic, official or Emirati from scratch or in-between.

Negative experience: I had an extremely unpleasant experience with a man working at this business who misrepresented his personal background, specifically his nationality. In a country where citizenship is highly protected, this is not only dishonest but also deeply disrespectful. This made me feel deceived and uncomfortable throughout the interaction. I do not recommend engaging with this individual or supporting any business that allows such behavior.

Fantastic experience: As a working professional, I was contrite at not knowing Arabic even after living and working in Dubai for over 8 years. I had found comfort with the occasional "Shukran" and "Salaam aaleikum". And I decided to no longer accept this odd situation. My search led to Alitqan Arabic Language Centre run by Prof. Abdul Qader Syed Karim with bespoke educational materials. From a total noob in Arabic, I could: - Write Arabic in one week - Read the alphabet and basic words in 1-2 weeks - Improve vocab in 2-4 weeks - Form sentences in 4-5 weeks My study is ongoing, I am thoroughly impressed that I could learn a new language in middle age. All thanks to Prof. Abdul Qader! His unique technique is especially useful for English speakers, helping to understand and learn Arabic, giving challenges and the confidence to overcome them as well! Negative experience: I am very unhappy with this unprofessional center. I am shocked that such places exist. Unprofessional first day of assistance. A man of bad behavior. He is just busy with the phone and just happened to be giving some seconds of assistance where in real he was not interested to do assessment . I will say this: as my family local Emirati and such an ugly place where I mistakenly wanted to give my child for correction of Arabic language was a mistake to visit this terrible, unprofessional place . I don’t wish such places to see again. West of time

I strongly advise potential students to **avoid this center** due to unethical practices, false promises, and poor teaching standards. ### **Key Issues:** 1. **Deceptive Enrollment Tactics** - Tutor **Mr. Abdul Qader falsely claimed to be a local Emirati** during my first visit. I later observed him repeating this misrepresentation to other prospective students. - He used **manipulative sales tactics**, promising a **personalized learning pace** to complete the curriculum—a guarantee that was never fulfilled. 2. **Bait-and-Switch Teaching Method** - The first **two months** involved **only writing vocabulary** in a book with no progression. When I questioned this, he insisted I "trust his method." - Later, he **demanded an unexpected course renewal**, contradicting initial assurances that the fee covered full completion. 3. **Prepayment Exploitation & Denial of Access** - I **prepaid in full for two months (Dec 2024)** but couldn’t start immediately due to work commitments and my father’s illness. - A **verbal agreement** was made to begin in **mid-March 2025**, yet **within a week of restarting, Mr. Qader demanded another renewal payment**. - When I refused, I was **denied access to my remaining prepaid classes (until mid-May)**. He **stopped teaching me** and assigned his son for April, ignoring my valid request to continue. 4. **Unprofessional Conduct & Poor Teaching Quality** - **No attendance tracking**—course duration is rigidly based on payment date, not actual classes attended. - Mr. Qader **frequently arrived late**, rambled about **philosophies instead of teaching**, and forced students to **self-direct learning**. - Classes were **one-to-many (group)**, not personalized as implied during enrollment. 5. **Manipulative Review Solicitation** - After just **one month**, Mr. Qader pressured me into leaving a **positive review** using his usual "sugar-coated" words. I later **deleted it** upon realizing the deception. ### **Final Warning:** This center operates on **false promises, financial traps, and unprofessionalism**. If you value your money and time, **look elsewhere**. Demand **written agreements** to avoid being cheated like I was. **Do not trust their misleading sales pitch—you WILL regret it.**

Fantastic experience: Mr Abdul Qader is a great teacher and he is patient. He teaches you the techniques and ask you to come up with the sentences, his unique way of teaching is making me learn the language faster.

I came to this centre with very little confidence in communication skills, but these two weeks have been a life changing experience for me. We had to stop for mostly logistical reasons as we live far away from the Center but would have loved to continue. Abdul Qadir was the main instructor. He was friendly and flexible with timings. He was able to teach Emirati dialect and culture, as well as Modern Standard or Classical Arabic. The setting is a classroom. The other students are hardworking and dedicated. My kids in two month completed 4 books alhamdullilah and they are doing A+ in the school in Dubai even though their first language is not Arabic. Fantastic experience: One of the best Arabic classes in UAE. I was jumping with joy just after 4 classes as I was able read Arabic words. That's the beauty of Mr. Abdul Kader - our Ustad in the game. He is very witty and makes the whole learning process a great fun. I started with scratch and now can read and write Arabic Fluently. I strongly recommend AlItqaan classes to all working people if they want to learn Arabic. Its a great place to learn and practice Arabic. Kudos to our Ustaad!!

Fantastic experience: I began my Emirati Arabic classes with Ms. Abdul just a month ago, and I’m already able to read, write, and understand most of the rules for using words in sentences. Learning with Ms. Abdul is so much fun, he has a great sense of humor, and making learning fun really helps with retention. I am attending my classes online, as I’m living in a different city. And it has been convenient, saving me a lot of time, as well as high-quality learning experience. My only regret is that I didn’t start this learning journey sooner!

Fantastic experience: Strongly recommend! I signed up for the classes more than a month ago after doing my research online. It being close to my home was also a greater advantage. Mr. Abdul Qader is a great tutor, he focuses on your weakness and crafts his own technique as per the individual. He has a great personality, lot of patience and keeps his class interesting. Arabic is a tough language but having him as a teacher keeps you engaged and take learning language seriously. I had done a few other classes before but this was by far the best.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly atmosphere, the teachers here are brilliant and very patient. I took the 1 month course and im almost done with the entire syllabus in 4 weeks. The teachers speak great proper English while explaining arabic, they also spoke in my native language to help me understand topics at a deeper level .

Fantastic experience: I wanted to learn Arabic for a long time but struggled to find motivation. I tried Alitqan based on online reviews and my only regret is that I didn’t start earlier. The teacher and assistants are great. They take time to answer questions and correct mistakes. The structure of the program makes Arabic much easier than it seems initially and you find yourself being able to say useful things in no time. Anybody looking for a professional and fun environment to learn Arabic should give a chance to Alitqan.

Negative experience: They never review performance of their student. Their tutors says student can able to communicate in Arabic within 20 days. Thats completely false. Just a promotion talk. In my experience they just simply says few words in WhatsApp group. That's. My opinion is No need to pay for online spoken classes. If you have interest and can try to learn you never an online class. Dont waste money
