Negative experience: Am having a horrible experience with Eton Admin. They never call you after you pay. Prior to paying they chase you like crazy. Their Admin mixed up the timing, now am missing sessions, and the coordinator doesn't want to talk to help coordinate any compensation sessions! Connection to their platform doesn't work. Am told (over whatsapp of course) to add or remove VPN but since no one talks to you, you dont understand the issues so you can fix and move on. Such a bad experience dealing with Eton Admin team.

Positive experience: I am really thankful to Neshwa for making our experience with ETON Institute more efficient and flexible.

Negative experience: I am writing to formally report the outrageous and unprofessional behavior of your employee Hana and a man (most likely Egyptian) who called me today from his personal mobile number. First of all, he spoke to me in a raised and disrespectful tone and addressed me as a “Russian girl,” which is completely inappropriate and unacceptable. I am not Russian, and even if I were, this type of labeling is offensive and unprofessional. I will not tolerate being spoken to in such a manner. Secondly, Hana initially attempted to mislead us by trying to sell so-called “individual courses” at three times the price, even though we clearly stated that three of us would attend group classes together. She confirmed that classes would start on Thursday at 10 AM. We came to the institute and waited for two hours because she failed to send the necessary information and did not respond properly. We are adults with small children and busy schedules. Wasting two hours of our time due to your staff’s negligence is absolutely unacceptable. Furthermore, she was extremely slow to respond on WhatsApp when we asked about our results and did not send the complete results for all participants. When we asked whether we could come, pay, and immediately begin classes in order to avoid further time loss, she became argumentative and insisted we must first come and pay separately, claiming it was “not convenient for everyone.” We clearly stated that Thursday at 10 AM is the only time that works for us. Then this man called me and spoke in a condescending and disrespectful tone, as if I were a child. This is shocking. I do not understand this level of rudeness and lack of basic customer service. Six years ago, when I attended your courses, the management and service were professional and organized. What I experienced now is the complete opposite — unprofessional, dishonest, slow, and disrespectful behavior. This is not how clients should be treated. Immediate action must be taken. I expect a formal explanation and appropriate measures regarding the conduct of these employees. If this matter is not addressed seriously, I will escalate this complaint further. I look forward to your prompt response.

Negative experience: I am very satisfied with the teacher and the quality of the classes themselves — the instructor is professional and the teaching is good. Unfortunately, everything else has been a terrible experience. The administration and coordination are extremely poor. Before payment, I was chased relentlessly on WhatsApp. I even specified the exact time I would pay, and the moment that time arrived, I was immediately messaged again. Once payment was made, the attitude completely changed. I repeatedly asked when the classes would start and was told I would be “kept updated.” All communication had been via WhatsApp, yet I received no messages and no calls. Instead, an email was sent on New Year’s saying the classes had already started — which I obviously missed. No one followed up, no one informed me, and no one took responsibility. I simply showed up to classes with no coordinator present, no guidance, and no communication whatsoever. Frankly, I don’t know who is being paid to coordinate students, but that job is not being done. When I had to travel and asked to reschedule two classes, I was refused and told to attend online instead. I have seen how online classes are conducted here, and the experience is awful. Mixed online/offline classes do not work: online students cannot see the board properly, are barely involved, and are largely ignored while the teacher focuses on those physically present. It should be either fully online or fully in-person. I was given no flexibility, no alternative, and no customer-oriented solution. Overall, this institute clearly cares about students only until payment is made. After that, communication, coordination, and customer care disappear completely. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience from the administrative side.

Everyone was very flexible and adapted to my busy schedule. Neshwa was so helpful assisting every step of the learning journey.

Negative experience: It’s been an absolute nightmare dealing with the admin at Eton, Dubai these past few months, especially my course coordinator, Lourdes. Now, browsing past previous reviews by other students, I realize I’m not alone. I signed up for Arabic in November 2024. I was told that I would get a discount if I paid for 2 levels of Arabic. I am a freelancer, so being able to pay for these classes on my own is a big deal. The team are very sweet until the money comes through, post which all their efficiency flies out the window. It was only after paying that I was informed that I was to join a pre-existing course of which one class had already taken place. When I pointed out that their website explicitly states that the new course was to start on November 18th, 2024, they told me it had been brought forward and had started on November 12th. When I asked if I’d be refunded for the lost class, I was informed that there’s no refund policy and I could wait until the next lot of classes began, for which there was no specified date. They only provided the slot for weekend morning classes that were once a week, which I hadn’t signed up for in the first place. I joined the existing batch and made up for the class on my own. Another thing they tell you when you’re signing up is that if you’re going to miss a class due to personal emergencies, the institute will have the session recorded so you can catch up with the rest of the students. When I couldn’t attend a class, I asked Lourdes if she could have the session recorded, only to be informed that recorded sessions are available to the student 30 days later. Having completed level 0 of Arabic, I inquire when the next session will start and am told January 27th, 2025, followed by a bunch of cancellations from Eton. As a course coordinator it is Lourdes’ duty to update ALL the students of changes and I realize she either messages me or my husband and assumes the message will be passed on. There have been times I have been told a class is cancelled when I’m already on the way. One time I reached the institute and got a message while waiting in an empty classroom. Every time I try to connect with Lourdes, I get nothing except ‘out of office’ auto-replies. Arabic 1.1 finally begins on February 17th 2025. I meet Lourdes face to face and inform her that we booked to leave Dubai March end, having kept in mind that the level would start on the scheduled date and that would be over by then. She assures me they would pause classes for that period since it was not our fault and the delay occurred on behalf of Eton. Later, Lourdes has our teacher inform us that there will be no pauses and that us not attending is at our own risk. When I message Lourdes asking her why this wasn’t told to us, she goes MIA. Eager to begin Level 1.2 of Arabic, I am informed that classes will start July 22nd, 2025 under my former instructor – which I asked for and waited for – and I make the payment for the same. I only find out later, after messaging my former instructor that Lourdes has connected me with a new instructor without asking me. Upon inquiry, I am met again with radio silence. Days later, I'm asked if I'm available for weekend classes with my former instructor - I agree. Silence again. All this goes on until August 9th. Then my husband is laid off. I ask Lourdes if I could be granted a refund for the course since we don't know how our situation will play out in the coming months. It takes her 11 days to respond. Says they can't refund since I had already been added to a batch (new instructor). When I tell her that was done by her without my approval, she says there are zero refunds on discounted prices. She says my fee be blocked for a short time. There's many more issues that I can't type here due to the space crunch. Since then, I have had to deal with a bunch of different people only to be told that Eton is not at fault. As an institute of repute, one would expect that student's grievances would top their list of priorities. Unfortunately, not. Zero respect for a student’s time or money.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with this course. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming, which makes the learning environment very comfortable. I am especially satisfied with my teacher, Yaman Khezaran. He is very supportive and always encourages us to focus on correct pronunciation and speaking properly. Every day, I feel like I learn something new and improve my English a little more. I really enjoy coming to this class and I would definitely recommend this course to others.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a great experience at the institute, where I take one-to-one English lessons. I am very grateful to my teacher, Mr. Nadir. He is a highly skilled, patient, and dedicated instructor who, explains even complex topics in a clear and engaging way. His teaching style is both motivating and effective, and thanks to his guidance, my confidence and English skills have improved significantly. Inaddition, Ms. Jensine, the course coordinator, is helpful, professional, and always responsive. I highly recommend this institute to anyone looking to improve their English.

Negative experience: I cannot attest the quality of the programs at Eton, but I am having a really bad experience which I think I should share for others to consider before enrolling with them. A bit more than a month ago, I wanted to join a language course, so I contacted Eton and got in touch with their sales manager. Mr. Brixton Sextus. He was very prompt to send me a form and a payment link. Then, for about three weeks, I did not have any courses and had to chase after them to obtain a starting date. They would always come up with reasons to delay (e.g. we're waiting on a student's answer to see if we can start). At that point I asked them for a refund. It's been more than 2 weeks and I'm still waiting. Again, reasons to delay due to some sort of internal process etc. End result is -3000 AED on my account, no classes, almost 2 months wasted.

Fantastic experience: I’m really enjoying my French course at Eton Institute! The classes are structured and easy to follow, and my instructor Anna Lisa makes learning fun and effective. Big thanks to my coordinator Neshwa for always being so responsive and supportive ,she makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. Positive experience: Great teachers but impossible administration. You simply cannot get through to anyone over phone or WhatsApp after enrolling . Before enrolment they will call you a thousand times - after payment - no calls or messages are responded to till days later. I repeat - the training is top notch but suffers due to bad admin Edit: I was contacted by the institute to answer my issues and am grateful to Mr Naveen for his efforts. Hoping that the administration is adequately responsive in future without the need for a public review .

Fantastic experience: We had the absolute pleasure of learning ASL with Ms. Sadaf, and even though we only had around 9 sessions, the progress we’ve made is incredible! All of us in the class can now confidently communicate and understand ASL, which speaks volumes about her teaching skills! she is extremely patient, professional, and encouraging and she always made sure that everyone was comfortable and understood each lesson. She created a fun and engaging learning environment, making every class something to look forward to. From interactive activities to well-prepared quizzes, she ensured we stayed motivated while really testing our knowledge in a creative way.What truly stands out is her passion for teaching and her ability to make a new language feel accessible and enjoyable. Fantastic experience: I have had a rough start with Eton due to some miscommunications, however when Naveen took over my case, he diligently worked out a solution and was excellent with following up and making sure I was very happy along the whole journey. He made this experience so much better for me and now I’m happily learning Greek. Thank you Naveen!

Positive experience: Good offerings. As long as you choose the right level to join, teachers are great.

Negative experience: Absolutely the worst learning experience I have ever had. Eton Institute is completely unprofessional, inflexible, and careless with their students’ time and money. They told me when to start my class — I showed up after work, tired — only to be told there was no class because there weren’t enough students. They didn’t even bother to inform me beforehand. They rescheduled my start twice, and I agreed each time. Later, when I found out I could actually attend a different class they offered, I politely asked to be moved — they flatly refused. I paid for three courses upfront (huge mistake!) and missed 5 classes because they wouldn’t allow any changes. They don’t compensate you, they don’t allow makeup sessions, and they don’t even provide video materials for missed lessons. I have to travel at the end of the month, so I asked the school: if they don’t have enough students and can’t start the class, could they at least provide me with a tutor for the money I already paid? Their answer — I’d have to pay extra. This shows exactly what they care about: not the students, only squeezing more money out of them. Paying upfront was the worst decision I could have made, and I regret ever trusting this place. I will never come back, and I strongly warn others to stay away from Eton Institute.

Fantastic experience: Learning Arabic with Professor Rim AlSalloum has been a wonderful experience. Her teaching is clear, structured, and interactive. She explains patiently, encourages me to form sentences, speak with her, helps me to reiterate words. She takes great efforts to clarify my doubts regarding recognition and memorisation of many tongue twisting words by citing examples with photos( which is very helpful). Her encouragement not only to speak but also to write the arabic language has built my confidence and inspired me to love the Arabic language. Razan madam is nice and taking initiative for explaining about Arabic course. The teaching style and Knowledge of Madam (Ustada) Rim AlSalloum is very very good which help me to understand the language Arabic thoroughly. Fantastic experience: !ممتاز Great school for learning Arabic. Took their intensive course, which was a fast paced, immersive way to start speaking the language. My heart full thanks and appreciation to Rim AlSalloum, Arabic language teacher, who went above and beyond to help us understand and grasp the language easily. She brought a lot of extra material to ensure our learning and provide additional practice, gave insights into colloquialisms, idioms, and historic roots of the language.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a wonderful experience at Eaton Center. The staff are always professional, welcoming, and kind. The place is well-organized, very clean, and has a calm, motivating atmosphere that truly supports learning. But what made my journey extra special is my amazing teacher, Miss Lisa. She is one of the most dedicated, patient, and kind-hearted educators I’ve ever met. Her way of explaining things is so clear and effective that even the most difficult topics become easy to understand. Thanks to her, my English has improved significantly in a short time. Miss Lisa doesn’t just teach — she genuinely cares. She listens, encourages, and adapts her methods to suit each student’s needs. Her passion for teaching shines through in every class. I feel lucky and grateful to have had her as my teacher — not only is she a great educator, but also a truly lovely person. Highly recommend Eaton Center, and if you have the chance to study with Miss Lisa, consider yourself very lucky!

Negative experience: Absolutely speechless! I haven’t expected anything like this!!! It’s simply the WORST experience I could possibly imagine. I signed up for Italian classes and selected the most reputable university to get the best experience (that’s what I thought), they gave me a confirmation that the start is July 5 and I’ll receive the information a day before with all the details. It’s July 4, and I received an invite to an open day on July 5. I’m like “excuse me”, what open day, we are starting tomorrow.” Here’s the answer: Ah no, the teacher is not available. You will start next week only. Sorry, what? You just changed the schedule without informing? Just like that?? That wasn’t it. The sales lady connected me to the manager, who somehow managed to arrange the classes for July 5, but different timings which aren’t suitable for me. I canceled my other appointment to meet their needs for them to be able to start on July 5 as they obviously had other students who signed up as well. And I get a message now, at 7pm on July 4, that says the class is from 10am tomorrow. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!! I’m not willing to start the course after this complete mess up! I have absolutely no words for such disrespectful attitude towards the students. Please think 5 times before signing up!

Fantastic experience: I took a beginner Japanese course (A0 level) at Eton Institute with Instructor Fumi Abe, and it was a fantastic experience. Starting from zero knowledge, I found the course to be very well structured, with each lesson building smoothly on the last. Fumi-sensei is an incredibly kind and patient teacher—she made the class feel welcoming and engaging and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I genuinely looked forward to each session and always left feeling more confident. I’d highly recommend this course to anyone interested in learning Japanese.

The reception was unprofessional, the staff lacked basic information, and the event was poorly organized. It consisted mainly of walking from one room to another to meet individuals with little relevant experience, making the whole visit feel like a waste of time. Overall, the lack of professionalism and structure reflects poorly on the institute, and I would not recommend it based on this experience.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Eton institute throughout the past 2 year was really good.. I was always taken care by Neshwa, she handeled all my bookings for the sessions, the timings, the coordination and the payments.. She kept me updated with all the offers they had, she even replied to me when she was on vacation and she smoothly transfered me to her colleage.. she was a sweat heart.. All in all, she was my to go to person in Eton.. As for the instructors.. I was with Francesca! She was amazing.. i kept requesting her everytime i needed to book for a new italian course.. i really want to Thank her for her time and effort throughout these two years.. she was patient with me, understanding and fun! She made me feel confident speaking the language, her methods were very clear and easy to follow.. It was all online courses but it felt like it was one on one! She's the reason i made it so far and i passed the exam!! she made me love the italian language..

Negative experience: This happened a while back we paid 3k for the Arabic course and addiitonal cash for the text books The text books never showed up we studied from photocopies. The textbook were only handed over to us on the last day without an apology or refund for the extra cash taken

Fantastic experience: Currently studying spanish. Finished A levels and now working on B levels. Ms tamima was amazing, she put a lot of effort to help us understand the grammar and the conjugations. She goes out of her way every class to do a speaking practise which is not in the curriculum. And gave us extra classes when she felt we needed. Shes a great teacher and a great asset for the institute.

Fantastic experience: We enrolled with Eton to learn ASL- American Sign Language for the online classes. Ms. Enas has been doing a wonderful job. She is passionate and very enthusiastic about teaching ASL. She is accommodative and kind enough to revise with us when we miss a session or even record so we can have a look at it later. Fantastic experience: Great experience with Abe sensei during my basic Japanese Language course from November 2024 for 12 sessions. Subjects where very clear and delivery of Abe sensei was easy to understand. Classroom is small but conducive to learing. I highly recommend Eton Institute for language courses.

Negative experience: They just fool people; plz stay away and pay per class if u still have to use them ; you do have plenty of other institutes who are much better and cheaper. Extremely bad experience. I urged you to run out of this and don't use them for lessons. Horrible by all means, they will agree to everything to let u pay, and once u pay you will lose ur money as their instructors are busy and you have to go as per their schedule even if nit suiting you; especially for germay. Go join a respectful one who can assist u achieve ur goal; in fact if practiced online the free lesson, could have benefited much more. Useless and robbery; if there is Zero I could have chosen that.

Fantastic experience: I am very satisfied with Ms. Marina teaching. She teaches in a very professional and effective way, always patiently answering questions. Negative experience: Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place at all. I personally went to Eton Institute to sign up for group Arabic and French classes (private/semi-private). I thought it would be much easier for them to find me a group based on my level. It’s been almost a month, no one has contacted me again, which is shocking. Apparently, they have so many students that they are not interested in getting new ones. Good luck. I certainly don’t come back with that attitude.

Fantastic experience: Eton institute is a great place to learn Arabic. They are flexible, kind, and efficient in administration issues. I have the chance to have Saad as teacher, he is a very professional, responsible and funny “usstad” that adapts to the student pace and learning needs and stimulates the learning trough different approaches. The good ambiance is motivating, I strongly recommend it!

Negative experience: honestly I have a bad experience with my instructor friend in the institute. There are people like Mrs Jessie, an Indian who teaches German, with all due respect, but they are not up to par. Mine also needed support, the lines are always free but no one ever answers. The girls at the reception are just there to be there without help or welcome. a large environment but badly used in the context, no importance is given to the instructors because they work as freelancers. They do not make contracts except for HR only. there are a thousand other more professional institutes, I confirm that they save and unite classes of people with different needs. Avoid!

Fantastic experience: I thought learning ASL at first is boring. Until Ms. Sadaf taught us how to communicate, me and my classmates always looked forward getting into her class. She teach interactively and we're enjoying every single sessions of it. Me and my classmates are able to communicate in ASL, and some can interprets music videos now! Kudos to this institute for letting us have the best instuctor. ✨
