Negative experience: Extremely Disappointing Experience -- I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I’ve had after registering for your course. Your team was constantly following up with me to register and make the payment for the course. Once I paid and enrolled, there was complete silence from your end. I had to keep chasing you to get the classes scheduled. Finally, one session was arranged, and the tutor mentioned they could not continue with the project. After that, no one followed up with any alternate arrangements. Despite multiple follow-ups from my side, I received vague promises that a new tutor would be arranged, but nothing ever materialized. I eventually asked for a refund since it became clear that the service was not going to be provided. As of today, no one is responding to my messages, and calls are being ignored. It’s very disappointing that a platform like yours is charging people for services that are never delivered. If you're unable to provide the service, the least you can do is issue a refund promptly. I request you to process my refund immediately. Ignoring customer concerns and withholding payment without delivering service is highly unprofessional. Looking forward to prompt solution.

We’ve known Ms. Hussaina since 2019, when my elder daughter first joined her Abacus class at another institute. Since then, she’s become more than just a teacher to us — she’s been a guiding light in both my daughters’ learning journeys. Having her teach both of my girls has been such a gift. We feel incredibly lucky and grateful to have someone so dedicated, passionate, and kind shaping their young minds. The love and effort she pours into her students is truly inspiring. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Octus tutor centre. My son has done sessions with Mrs Rija and his comprehension and confidence has grown. His grade went up. We have tried other centres before and were never as satisfied. Mr Arjun is an excellent organizer and flexible if sessions can not happen due to other obligations etc. The session is interactive and not boring. My son has not once said that he didnt want to join the sessions My compliments to the team!
